Please note that all Equine First Aid Clinics are *non-refundable. 

However, if you cannot attend the clinic due to illness, a death in the immediate family, or inclement weather, you may attend another clinic with Equine First Aid Clinics within six (6) months of the initial clinic schedule date --- failure to attend within that time frame will result in a forfeiture of the clinic fee.

* If the clinic is canceled or postponed due to the Instructor or Host Barn, alternate clinic dates and locations will be offered, or a refund (minus bank fees) will be issued.

A deposit is required to secure the date but will be reimbursed to the Host on the clinic day if the minimum student requirement has been met. 

However, if the Host needs to cancel the clinic due to illness, death in the family, or inclement weather, the Host can reschedule within six (6) months of the original date—failure to reschedule results in forfeiture of the deposit. (Also see Cancellation Fees on this page.)

If canceled by the Instructor, alternative dates will be offered, or a refund will be issued minus bank fees.

If you want to cancel your booking or hosting agreement, you must notify us within 14 days of the scheduled clinic date to receive a refund of half of the booking/deposit fee.

Any cancellation AFTER the 14 days is non-refundable.

Clinic spots are non-transferable.

It's important to note that if we have not reached the minimum number of participants necessary to proceed with the clinic, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone it.  

You will be notified 14 days in advance and can attend alternate clinic dates and locations or be offered a refund (minus bank fees).

We value your participation and want to ensure the best learning experience for everyone. 

However, we will not be responsible for any accommodations or travel fees incurred due to clinic postponement or cancellation.
